איך אנחנו נותנים לקהל שלנו את המתנה של סצינהסיפור רומנטי בין אם הוא קומי או ריאליסטי.איך באפשרותנו לחשמל את הקהל בסצינה מינית מבלי להיות בוטים!

The overall themes of the workshop are – Romantic love, sex and intimacy in relationships and how can we apply these concepts to our improvisation without wimping out, freaking out or freaking your partner out!
How do we give our audience the gift of a truly romantic love scene/story whether it be hilarious or serious.
How do we electrify them with our performers sexual energy without being explicit!!
How can we create that kind of intensity in our impro?
Why don’t we ever hear honest conversations around sex in our scenes?
We see it all the time in film, theatre and in music, why not impro!
In my workshop I create a relaxed and safe environment were performers can explore these concepts in scene work. I created this workshop because I felt like there was a need for the exploration of this work after seeing so many scenes wimped out on when it came to performer commitment to love scene.
The workshop is designed to help improvisers explore their fears around intimacy on stage, practice their acting skills when it comes to love scene’s, build trust and break down barriers with an ensemble and impro partners. I ask improvisers to share their fears around performing intimate scenes. I challenge them to separate themselves from their character to be able to fulfil their characters journey. I always assure improvisers; I never push people into anything they are not ready for.
Performing love scenes is a skill like any other that can be learned, it just takes trust, bravery, honesty, a willingness to be vulnerable and a willingness to take risks that perhaps you have never taken before.הסיפור המלא

In this workshop, we will explore long-form and longer narrative based stories though grounded, naturalistic scene-work. By playing with truth, by which I mean human emotionality and honest reactions, we can uncover our own personal, dynamic emotional range as improvisers.
There will be an emphasis on slowing down, building trust, really connecting with and listening to your scene partner. Reacting not only to verbal offers but body language and physical offers.
I will help guide the group to collectively understand what the story needs to explore and create juicy, multilayered stories and to support each other to make the boldest choices possible. Whether our scene-work is serious, comedic, realistic or has elements of magical realism, our aim will be to truly inspire each other and ultimately our audience.
Extraordinary things happen to ordinary people, this is the essence of storytelling, by holding the metaphorical mirror up to our audience and community they then see themselves reflected back though our eyes, which creates a truer, more meaningful and deeper connection.להיות נבל

Explore your dark side in this workshop about playing authentic Villains.
How do we get good at being really bad. For most of us it feels very unnatural. But, every great hero needs a great villain to overcome. Villains can be integral to a story. This workshop explores how to bring out our inner villain and not in a 'pantomime' way! I mean dark, dangerous and unpredictable. Exploring offers and characters we would never have dreamed of before. It also explores why we might be afraid of playing the bad guy on stage. Because of the nature of the work this workshop requires absolute commitment, trust and openness from all participants.Rama Nicholas
